Individual Therapy

Counselling can assist us as we move on a continuum of well-being. This may be to address specific problems, change stuck patterns, process traumatic experiences, or explore paths to feel fully engaged in our lives.

I believe in the importance of being deeply heard in the therapeutic relationship and supporting health through an holistic approach involving the mind, body and spirit. I feel my responsibility is to provide a safe setting for you in therapy and offer an attitude of openness, compassion and respect towards your process in counselling.

I am currently offering individual sessions to adults seeking support for a variety of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, grief and loss, adjustment to life change, spirituality/creativity, self-esteem and empowerment.
